Golden Movers LLC provides professional furniture moving, packing, dismantling, transportation, and relocation services for residential and commercial clients. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Service Agreement
All services provided by Golden Movers LLC are based on prior booking and mutual agreement between the company and the customer. The scope of work, pricing, date, and time of service will be confirmed before the move begins. Any additional services requested during the moving process may incur extra charges.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after customer approval via phone, WhatsApp, or written communication. The customer must provide accurate details regarding location, type of property, volume of items, and special requirements to ensure proper planning of the move.
3. Pricing and Payments
All pricing is based on the size of the move, distance, manpower required, and additional services such as packing, dismantling, or storage. Golden Movers LLC follows a transparent pricing policy with no hidden charges.
Customers may be required to pay partial advance or full payment depending on the service type. Remaining payments, if any, must be cleared upon completion of the service.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about items to be moved
- Ensuring access to the property (parking, elevator, entry permissions)
- Securing or removing personal valuables, cash, and important documents
- Informing the company about fragile or high-value items in advance
Golden Movers LLC is not responsible for items not disclosed prior to the move.
5. Packing and Handling
We take utmost care in packing and handling all items using professional materials and techniques. However, customers are encouraged to inform us about fragile, antique, or sensitive items before the service begins so special handling can be arranged.
6. Liability and Damage Policy
Golden Movers LLC ensures careful handling of all goods. However, minor risks are involved in any moving process. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or weak furniture conditions
- Items not packed by our team
- Items not declared as fragile or high-value
- Electrical or mechanical failures after relocation
Any claim for damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, building restrictions, or unforeseen operational challenges. Golden Movers LLC will always strive to complete the job within the agreed timeframe but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
8. Access and Permissions
Customers must ensure full access to pickup and delivery locations, including parking space, elevator usage, and necessary building permissions. Any delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in advance. If a booking is canceled after scheduling or team dispatch, cancellation charges may apply to cover operational costs.
10. Storage Services (If Applicable)
If storage services are used, items will be stored under agreed conditions. Golden Movers LLC is not responsible for damage caused by natural disasters, humidity, or unforeseen external factors beyond reasonable control.
11. Insurance
Customers are encouraged to request insurance coverage for high-value items. Unless specifically agreed in writing, standard moving services do not include full insurance coverage.
12. Prohibited Items

- Illegal substances or items
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable or explosive items
- Cash, jewelry, or high-value unsecured personal assets (unless declared and agreed)
13. Service Completion
A service is considered complete once the items are delivered and placed at the destination as per customer instructions. Any additional rearrangement requests after completion may be charged separately.
14. Customer Satisfaction
We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Any concerns or issues should be reported immediately so our team can resolve them promptly and professionally.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
